Welcome to our website! My name is Jodi Wilson. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Concordia University in St. Paul and my Master's Degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

I spent my first year teaching at Trinity First in Minneapolis and have been at Emanuel since 1988. I taught 3rd and 4th grade for seven years, but since then I have been team teaching in the K-2 Primary Room. In 2023 I became principal of Emanuel. However, I continue to spend my mornings teaching in the Primary Room. Our classroom provides flexible learning in a child centered environment. We meet children where they are academically, developmentally, and spiritually in order to help them grow in these areas. Emanuel is a wonderful family-oriented community. My husband, Steve, and I have raised three children to adulthood, all alumni of Emanuel with fond memories of their time spent here.
