Welcome to Emanuel Lutheran School!

My name is Luke Fleck, and I teach 7th & 8th grade at Emanuel. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Broad Field Science Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2016 and began teaching high school science (mainly chemistry) soon after graduation. During the pandemic, I taught virtually and realized how difficult it was to teach effectively online. Therefore, in the summer of 2023 I received my Master's degree in Educational Technology. During that same summer my wife, Kelcey, joined Emanuel and is currently the preschool teacher. The welcoming community at Emanuel drew me in, and I joined the staff in 2024! In addition to teaching, I also lead the Science Fair and am the Athletic Director.

Emanuel is full of involved parents, caring staff, and wonderful students. I am blessed to be a part of Emanuel Lutheran School where students' spiritual and educational needs are supported each day!
